ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for the Isaiah Wagner State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency by helping new customers enroll in State Farm's suite of product offerings. It is key that our Account Representatives are proactively marketing relevant products and services to both current and existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
